Paul Montaño was born in Los Angeles, California. Growing up, he was taught that he could accomplish anything that he set his mind to and so he did. Through visualizations and applying this attitude to everything in life, he has made several of his dreams come true.
Mr. Montaño began his career and love for the medical field while living in Phoenix, A.Z, where; he was employed at Arrowhead Hospital and Trauma 1 Valley Facility, as an associate representative in spinal and orthopedic specialties. Mr. Montaño held the position of a surgical technician, specializing in orthopedics and spine.
While Mr. Montaño worked for Arrowhead Hospital he was sent to cities such as, New York, Boston, Florida and Colorado as a representative for medical device implants. While in Phoenix, A.Z, Mr. Montaño began his studies with University of Phoenix.
As the years passed, Mr. Montaño found himself living in San Antonio, T.X with two beautiful children and married to his soulmate of 16 years. Adding to his list of accomplishments, Mr. Montaño is an accredited Life Coach. Since receiving his accreditation; he has been able to help numerous people with personal and business development.
Mr. Montaño is an avid member in his community and church. He believes in daily meditation and the power of higher self-manifestation and the power of attraction. He holds the belief that, any creation, whether spiritual or monetary and even emotional is essentially attainable through self-manifestation, which will magnetize or attract that desire into the here and now, making it into a reality.
Mr. Montaño is a board certified surgical first assistant (SA-C) at Alamo Brain and Spine, San Antonio, T.X. Mr. Montaño has been in the medical field for over 12 years, specializing in surgical and allied healthcare.
Mr. Montaño has had the privilege of serving patients at multiple metropolitan hospitals across the country. His surgical assisting experience and skill set enable him to be very valuable to any operating room or hospital. Mr. Montaño earned a BS in Clinical Health Science, at the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Montaños’ education, knowledge and training in the field of orthopedics include joint replacements, revisions, minimally invasive and arthroscopic procedures along with ortho spine, including spinal deformities.
Though, Mr. Montaño enjoys working in all fields of orthopedic surgery, his current focus is on Neurosurgery under the guidance of Dr. Scott B. Phillips, MD Neuro Surgeon. Mr. Montaño is dedicated and passionate towards surgical services and allied healthcare.
Mr. Montaño is a member of both national and state organizations, The Association of Surgical Assistants ASA, National Surgical Assistant Association NSAA, American Board of Surgical Assistants ABSA, Texas Medical Association TMA, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons AAOS, Texas Chapter of Physician Assistants, TCO PA.
